Acceptable Use

1. Overview. Chatiki.ai provides AI features including text tools, AI image and video generation, and AI image and video editing. You are responsible for your inputs and how you use outputs. You must comply with applicable laws and this Content Policy.

2. What's prohibited (we will block/remove and may suspend accounts). Do not upload, generate, edit, or request content that:

Sexual content & minors

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content intended to arouse sexual interest
• Any nudity/sexual content involving minors or any child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) (real or realistic), including sexualized edits of a real person without explicit consent
• Sexual exploitation, trafficking, or solicitation

Violence, self-harm, threats

• Content that promotes or glorifies violence or instructs wrongdoing
• Threats, incitement, or content intended to harass or intimidate
• Content that encourages self-harm

Hate & harassment

• Hate speech or content targeting protected groups
• Harassment, bullying, defamation, or doxxing

Deception, impersonation & synthetic media misuse

• Deepfakes or misleading synthetic media depicting a real person without explicit consent
• Face-swap style impersonation or edits designed to deceive
• Fabricated "evidence," scams, forged documents, fake IDs, or fraud
• Realistic fake news imagery intended to mislead or manipulate the public

Illegal activity

• Content that facilitates illegal activity or evades law enforcement

Privacy & personal data

• Sharing or generating private personal data about someone (e.g., addresses, IDs) without authorization
• Content that violates privacy, publicity, or other rights

Intellectual property

• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
• Requests to replicate copyrighted characters/logos for deceptive or infringing use

3. What's allowed

• Benign creative imagery, illustration, design exploration
• Editing your own images (or images you have permission to edit) for legitimate purposes
• Educational, informational, or transformative uses that do not violate the prohibited categories above

4. Consent requirement

If your content depicts a real person (including in an uploaded photo), you must have their permission and all necessary rights to upload, edit, and use the result. You may not upload or edit someone else's image without consent for deceptive, harmful, or sexual purposes.

5. Enforcement

We may use automated and human review to enforce this policy. If you violate it, we may: block a request, remove content, restrict features, suspend/terminate accounts, and/or report to authorities when legally required.

6. Reporting & rights complaints

If you believe content created or edited via Chatiki.ai violates this policy or your rights, report it at support@chatiki.ai. Include relevant details and proof of rights/identity when applicable.

7. Appeals

If you believe we made a mistake, contact support with: your account email, date/time, description of what happened, and any supporting context.
