Finding passwords on an iPhone can be a bit tricky but manageable. iPhones store passwords in the iCloud Keychain, accessible through the Settings app. Have you checked there before? It's under Settings > Passwords. Do you often find yourself forgetting passwords, or is there a specific account you're trying to access?
